Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship internationally. The delivery cost and estimated delivery date are given on your order confirmation before you pay. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are shown on the confirmation or collected by the carrier.

Returns

You can return an unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Write to contact@halvexgear.com with your order number before sending anything back; we'll reply with the return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping.
