Our story
Since 2009.
Our story started in 2009, working with bag and gear factories in southern China, close to where the materials, the stitching and the quality checks happen.
Over the years one group of customers kept coming back with the same request: people in uniform. Firefighters, police officers, soldiers and customs officers carry a second load every shift. Not the protective gear, everything else: the change of clothes, the boots, the meals, the laptop for reports, the kit for the drive home.
HALVEX is the name we now put on that work. Engine 45 leads the range: two separate main compartments so clean and used kit never mix, MOLLE webbing for the pouches crews already own, and a fabric built for heavy daily use.
We still work directly with the factories that make our packs, and we check materials, seams and zippers before anything ships. That keeps the price where a unit can equip everyone.
Built around the job
Every design starts from what crews tell us tears, breaks or doesn't fit.
Checked before it ships
Seams, zippers and buckles are inspected batch by batch at the factory.
Honest about limits
Our packs carry gear. They aren't protective equipment, and we'll never say they are.
